Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is operated by ND Studio. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at the email address listed below.
What data we collect
When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company name, project details and approximate budget. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
To protect the contact form from abuse, we briefly keep a pseudonymized (hashed) form of your IP address and email address. These records are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It sets one functional cookie that remembers your language preference.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare proposals and manage our collaboration. We process it because you asked us to respond, or to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. Client data is kept for as long as the collaboration requires and for any longer period required by accounting or tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Service providers that host this website and store our data (including our database provider, Supabase, with data stored in the European Union) process it on our behalf and only for these purposes. When you send an inquiry, its contents are also emailed to us through our email delivery provider, Resend (United States), which processes them on our behalf. To protect the contact form from automated spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) without using it to track you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or with the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
